Vacation Location in Lake Gaston

Vacation location is a new, luxury home with a level lot on desireable Pea Hill Creek on the Virginia side, only 1/2 mile from the North Carolina border. Sit on the screened-in porch or the expansive deck as you watch the herons roost on the boat house. The house is handicapped accessible, including a wheelchair lift and handicapped shower.  Everything is top-of-the-line-  granite vanities in the bathrooms, tile floors, and completely stocked kitchen.

Lake Gaston is close to many cities, for instance, Richmond VA, Rocky Mount NC, Raleigh NC, and Hampton Roads. Lake Gaston is a great place for a vacation because the average summer temperature is 76 degrees and the lake is not crowded. If you like to fish, Lake Gaston is perfect because it has many different varieties of fish,  including striped and large mouth bass, catfish, crappie, and sunfish.

The downstairs has a kid's area with a ping pong table, foosball and Playstation, a small refrigerator, 2 bedrooms and their own bathroom.

Dock your boat at our large boathouse and even invite your friends because there is room at the dock.  There is a ladder on the dock to make swimming easier, but it is also possible to walk out of the water onto the shore. The water off the dock is fairly deep and perfect for water sports.

3 bedrooms upstairs: master has king size bed, other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds

2 bedrooms downstairs: 1 bedroom has a twin and a twin trundle, the second bedroom has a twin bed and a pyramid bed (full futon on bottom and twin on top)

Golf course within walking distance.

Several restaurants within a short driving distance

Food Lion, Subway, and pharmacies about 10 minutes away

There is also a boat ramp to put your boat in very close by.

Off season rates (October through April 30th):  $150 per night, 3 nights minimum, $1250 per week

May through September 30th: $300 per night, 3 night minimum, $2150 per week

weekly check in Saturday 4pm, check out Saturday 11am

$500 security deposit also required

rates include cleaning fee, renters must bring their own towels and linens, but all the beds have pillows and blankets

We rent only to families; renters must be 25 years of age or older
