It is ideal for family reunions, really large families (like ours!) and multiple families interested in vacationing together in safe, relaxing family friendly community!

Spacious Beach House, 11 Bedrooms (one of which is a Den) 10+ Baths (Sleeps 20-22)

Brand new, spacious, 10 bedroom plus a kid friendly den/play area upstairs (this den could be used as a bedroom), full bath with each bedroom. In addition to the ten full bathrooms with each bedroom and a full bath with the kid friendly den/play area, there are also two 1/2 baths on the first floor, 2 private outdoor showers, easy 2 block walk to either the beach or Main Street, children's playground 1 block away, no major highway to cross to get to Ocean.

Bethany Beach recently completed reclamation project has been a great success. This property was designed for family reunion getaways, large families and multiple families to comfortably stay a week or two with lots of room and private areas including a first floor surround sound system (speakers on each of the 3 upstairs decks and the front first floor porch) and blu ray and a second floor loft area with 42" flat screen and lots of comfortable places to enjoy your vacation week at the beach. Bethany Beach is very family friendly and this house was designed accordingly.

Our family has been enjoying Bethany Beach for decades and from our experience over the years, we designed this new house with all the amenities we hope you'll enjoy!

Beach and family friendly good old fashioned resort main street with board walk, summer parades, summer concerts and 4th of July fireworks, safe town well lighted, putt putt golf, shaved ice, ice cream parlors, finger foods, caramel corn, boardwalk and spacious beaches.  Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Biking, walking, jogging safe around the town of Bethany. Fishing on the beach before and after the lifeguards hours. Surfing in the area, excellent golf courses nearby, crabbing and Delware Bay and Indian River fishing nearby.  

Ocean swimming, fishing, boating, putt putt golf, executive golf courses and multiple professional public and private clubs in the area. Amusement parks nearby in Rehobeth, DE and Ocean City, MD. Boardwalks in Bethany, Rehobeth, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland.

Peak summer months from June 26, 2010 through August 28, 2010 range from $8,400 to $9,900 per week plus tax and local fees. Off season rates available. Minimum 3 nights for long weekends during the off season.
