Chippewa Cottage is a clean and comfortable 2 bedroom cottage in the Chippewa Park area on the north side of Indian Lake.   It is conveniently located near the Chippewa Marina boat ramp and the Indian Lake State Park.  **This property is not lake front and no dock is available.**

The cottage features a large yard and plenty of parking for your boat.

There is a 4 night minimum reservation.

• full size futon in living room
• central heat and window air conditioning
• DVD, VCR and basic cable
• covered patio, large yard and fire ring
• gas grill
• plenty of parking

You provide your own linens, blankets, and towels. Sorry, no smoking in house and no pets.

Rates

Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal.  Just ask!

Rates:

$575.00/week - Check-in is 5:00 p.m and check-out is 12:00 noon.  There is a $20% discount available for weekly rentals October through April.

OR

$125.00/night (two night minimum)

Additional fee applies for additional guests (over 4).  Ask for details.

Rental payment must reach us prior to your arrival.

Deposit

A deposit of $100 is required to hold your reservation and must be received within 5 days of reserving your dates. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

The deposit will be returned within 10 days following your stay if there is no damage to the cottage or its furnishings and no excessive cleaning is required.
