Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the beauty of Western North Carolina and the Smokey Mountains 
in this quaint lakefront home situated on an acre of gently 
sloping land on Strawberry Hill Road.  The home is on Lake Glenville 
which is considered one of the most pristine lakes on the East Coast 
with a shoreline that extends 26 miles.  The lake offers spectacular 
views in a mountain setting and 4 waterfalls, one of which is at the 
end of the Strawberry Hill Cove.  The home has 130 feet of lakefront 
with a private boatdock and canoe. The home is tastefully furnished 
with rustic, beautiful wood furniture to compliment the mountain 
scenery!

The villages of Cashiers and Highlands are 5 and 12 miles away 
respectively. Enjoy the beauty and serenity of Lake Glenville in 
beautiful Western North Carolina!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully Furnished with linens, TV, VCR, Washer/dryer, Microwave, 
coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, wood-burning fireplace, outdoor 
stone firepit, outdoor charcoal grill & picnic table on deck, canoe 
on private boatdock, highchair, stroller and port-a-crib available 
for toddlers and infants. Master bedroom has Queen bed, second 
bedroom has 2 twin beds.  There is a queen sleeper sofa in living 
room as well as 2 twin roll-away beds. Enjoy hiking, fishing, 
canoeing, boating, lake swimmimg and more!  

Activities and Attractions

There are several towns and villages within 30 minutes of Lake 
Glenville.  Cashiers and Highlands offer a variety of restaurants, 
boutiques, galleries, antique shops, hiking and many outdoor attractions.
Nearby Fanklin, Sylva, Maggie Valley and Waynesville have a larger variety
of shops and restaurants.  There are many hiking trails and rock climbing sites
nearby.  Whiteface Mountain is a popular spot for the outdoor enthusiast.  
There is also a marina on Lake Glenville which provides boat rentals.
