The Seabreeze on Lake Michigan is a classic quaint  beach cottage located 2 miles south of the Grand Haven pier.  It has breathtaking views overlooking it's own pristine private beach.  The interior is knotty pine throughout with 3 upstairs bedrooms that have full size beds. The downstairs consists of an open plan kitchen with an adjacent utility/laundry room, dining room and living room with fireplace and a master bedroom (queen bed) with fireplace.  The exterior cedar shake/shingle cottage is completely wrapped with multi-tiered decking boasting 180 degree breathtaking views of Lake Michigan.  Spectacular sunset dinners await you on the west deck, the east deck provides a secluded setting for a sunrise breakfast.  The northside deck has an enclosed outdoor shower.  Plenty of parking directly on the premises.

Saturday to Saturday weekly rental. 

2010 rates: $2200/week.  Peak season: July 3 - September 11 $3000/week. 

*50% non-refundable deposit* to hold reservation (please see exception below), balance plus $500 refundable damage/security deposit plus $100 cleaning fee due 2 weeks prior to check-in.  Check-in at 5:00pm and Check-out at 11:00 am.  Damage/security deposit refunded via post the week after check-out.  Sorry no smoking, no pets.  Single family rental  - unless prearranged -strictly enforced.

*Should it be necessary to cancel after deposit haas been made, the deposit will be refunded if able to re-book the time slot.
