Hale Ali'i is located in Hale Koolau, a family owned & operated group of ocean & beach front vacation rental homes in Honolulu, Hawaii located in the fishing town of Hauula on Oahu's North Shore
near the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and many other wonderful Oahu attractions. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport on the North East coast of Oahu; where the Ko'olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. Our community of single family homes, small shops, and quaint restaurants is very different from the high rise retail/ tourist center of Waikiki. With hiking trails and unspoiled reefs, we offer a glimpse of the Oahu of yesteryear with convenient access to the night life and modern pleasures of Honolulu & Waikiki.

The Hale Ali'i "House of the Chief" is an air-conditioned direct oceanfront home on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers impressive views from one end of Hauula bay to the other with the beautiful Koolau Mountains beyond. This is a spacious (1,500+ sf living area) two bedroom, two bath home with porcelain tile & marble floors throughout. The Hale Ali'i features a complete, large and open modern kitchen with porcelain tile countertops, sealed top stove/range, microwave hood, side by side fridge, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen size futon in
the "bonus" Soji (Japanese style) room in addition to a separate dining room with seating for six. The master suite is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture and a queen size mahogany sleigh bed. The master bath features black marble floors and a unique moss rock wall shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and heavy teak and tropical furniture for an elegant feel. Both beds were upgraded in 2006 with new ultra plush pillow top
mattresses. Both bedrooms have air conditioning & tropical ceiling fans although they are rarely needed as this home enjoys cool tropical breezes year around.

7 nights or more    $249.99

We charge a flat rate of $2,100.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday.  This rate covers up to 7 nights.  Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate.  Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29.  Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $4,200.00 and cover up to 14 nights.  Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted as the only form of payment.

TERMS:

All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the amount of nights you stay.

Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.

Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.

Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of six (6) people, including children over 1 year of age.

One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation home. Extra parking may be ordered on owner's secure online reservations system.

Add a $104.71 one-time cleaning fee, a $14.99 Reservation Fee and $7.99/night Facilities Fee to all reservations.
