Keg Creek Rental on Lake Thurmond / Clarks Hill Lake in Lake Thurmond

This is a luxurious 3 story brick, 3000 sq. ft. guesthouse on Keg Creek.   The main level has a private entrance, a large master suite with king size bed and full bath.  The lower level has a private entrance, a sitting area, and a bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath.  The upper level is a 24' by 50' recreation room with pool table, large screen t.v. with cable, stereo system, sitting area, dance floor,  and dining area.  There is also a kitchenette with microwave, under cabinet refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, sandwich grill, blender, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen accessories.   All rooms are lakefront and the views are magnificent. 
   Outside, the yards are landscaped, the water is only 130' from the house.  A firepit, seating, picnic table and stainless steel grille, and hot tub are provided.  The 2 story private dock is equipped with a boatlift, power, lights for upper and lower deck enjoyment, picnic table and chairs,and potable water.  There is available a  private secure lot for overflow parking or trailer storage, and a conveniently accessible ice machine. 
   All linens are provided.  Catering and transportation services available for additional fees.
   If you like to be on the lake, this is the spot.  This is the first time it has been available for rent.  It is only a few steps to the water.  Whether you sit by the fire,  grill out, enjoy the hot tub, or sit on the dock and watch the moonlight  
bounce across the water,  you'll be glad that this was your choice.
   We have a couple of great cooks, so a night with a low country boil, a shrimp feast, or a bar-b-que can be arranged.
