Private POOL-Literally Steps to Boardwalk-No Streets 2 Cross in Seagrove Beach

The name of this home is "Point of View."  Point of View has a large, wraparound second floor balcony with furniture and a smaller 3rd floor balcony.  There is also a wraparound porch on first floor that overlooks the private pool.    The pool area feels very secluded and private because of the landscaping all around the pool.  From behind the pool in the backyard you will literally only walk about 10 steps right on to the boardwalk that takes you to the beach. There are no streets to cross.  A small gulf view can be seen between homes from the second floor balcony.  A whirlpool tub is in the master bath and wireless, high-speed Internet access is available if you bring a laptop computer.   The home has a charcoal grill and two outdoor showers - one open shower on one side of the home and another enclosed shower with interior bench on the other side of the home.  In addition, the home is ideally located only about 3/4 mile east of the resort community of Seaside where there are restaurants and shopping. 

Most dogs, that are well behaved, will be allowed for an extra non-refundable pet fee.  The home is conveniently located within biking or driving distance to the shopping and restaurants of Seagrove Beach Florida or Seaside Florida beach resort on Scenic 30-A.

Most dogs, that are well behaved, will be allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee.  A cleaning fee, processing fee, and 11.5% state and local taxes are extra.

A 7-night minimum stay is usually required Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer.   Shorter stays will be considered closer to arrival date.  4-night minimum stays are usually required over Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weekends unless it is close to the arrival date and the home has not booked yet.
