Vacation Rental Rates

*Jan, Feb, Mar - $2,500mo.  Special rates avail for 2+ month rentals. 
*Nov, Dec, Apr - $2,000/mo. 
*Oct & May - $1,700/month. 
*Jun, Jul, Aug, Sept - $1,500/month. 
Annual rental - $1,500/month. 
*One/half month's rent is required upon reservation confirmation.   
Rental fee to be paid by the second week of the month preceeding  
rental. 
There is a $500 security deposit, and a $100 cleaning fee  
(refundable if condo is cleaned to move-in condition).
