This 3 Bedroom 3 Bath loft home is close to the quaint and peaceful village of Tarpon Springs which is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places. Located on a well maintained cul-de-sac peninsula on Tarpon Bayou just a few minutes by boat to the open Gulf of Mexico and nearby Anclote Key, Honeymoon Island, and Caledesi Island State Park (ranked No. 5 Beach in the U.S) Stunning panoramic waterfront views from every room in the house · The rear of the home faces west so you can enjoy waterfront sunsets. In  3 Minutes or 1.6 miles from two great beaches with gentle waves and exotic sea shells -Sunset Beach and Fred Howard Park Beach, and just a short drive to World famous Innisbrook Golf Courses·

Enjoy fishing, relaxing, and nature watching (i.e. dolphins, manatees, pelicans, egrets, ospreys, herons, and other are very commonly cited from the property) One sea Kayak included with the rental is yours to explore the gulf and inland waterways full of mangroves and manatees and all the lush tropical wildlife you can imagine.

Because we wanted to preserve the natural setting, no visual obstructions (fencing) block the waterfront views, therefore the property is not suitable for those with small children (under 12 or any non swimmers) there is no safety fence around the pool area, and no fence around the home.

The home is located in a quiet, family oriented, setting off of Anclote Road, and Alternate 19, approximately 25 minutes from the Suncoast Parkway, and approximately 40 minutes from highway 75. St. Petersburg is approximately 30 minutes south and Land O Lakes is approximately 30 minutes east. Tampa and the Citrus Park area is approximately 25 minutes southeast.

This home is truly your own private resort, featuring spectacular views and private heated pool overlooking the gulf waters.  Newly updated kitchen!!Florida contemporary tropical decor throughout. This fully equipped house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a loft, and can sleep 9 comfortably. Granite countertops throughout the kitchen and baths add to the luxurious feel of this well appointed home.

Cable and wireless internet are included in the rental fee. Home features one king size bed in the first floor  master bedroom, two queen beds in the second floor bedrooms , and loft bunk featuring a queen and twin bed.  The loft area is perfect for a secondary family room or kids lounge as it has its own television.

Family room has a large flat  screen television and the master bedroom has ceiling fan, television, and elliptical trainer for those of you that wish to work out on your vacation. Master bath features a garden tub.  One sea Kayaks included with the rental is yours to explore the gulf and inland waterways full of mangroves and manatees and all the lush tropical wildlife you can imagine.  Outdoor heater for those cooler nights on the water as wel as plush outdoor living furnishings to relax and soak up the sunshine.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities and small appliances, all linens are provided, as well as an indoor laundry room with washer and dryer.

Tarpon is located in a part of Florida nicked named the Sun Coast as it averages over 300+ days of sunshine. The town has over 51 miles of waterfront and an average annual temperature is 72.8 degrees. There are no high-rise hotels and condos in Tarpon to crowd your vacation. There are 9 parks in Tarpon Springs alone, you will be steps from the World Famous Sponge Docks with its fine award winning restaurants and specialty gift shops, deep-sea fishing boats, The Coral Sea Aquarium, The Tarpon Springs Trolley Service, sponge fishing tour boat, antique shops and historic district with red brick streets, Exquisite Victorian Homes, art galleries, day spa, hair salon, scenic Spring Bayou, Craig Park, Library, tennis courts, a meat market and grocery store, The Scenic Pinellas Trail (a 30 mile path that runs from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg for walking, jogging, running, biking, rollerblading ), & much more. The property also boasts several citrus trees so you may pick fresh oranges for the authentic Florida breakfast!

November 1, through April 30, =$ 1500.00 USD/week and $5500.00 USD/month

May 1, through October 31, = $1300.00 USD/week or $5000.00 USD/month

A $200.00 fully refundable security deposit will be returned to you at checkout as long as the home is returned in the condition it was found with no broken or damaged property.

There is a $150.00 cleaning fee, and 12% combined Florida sales/resort Tax.
