Very nice Cottage in the Gated Barrier Dunes Community. If you would like more privacy and room than the smaller townhomes can offer but love the amenities of being in this beautiful gated and well maintained community then Bigger Fish maybe just what you are looking for.

Professionally decorated with high quality furnishings. Overlooks one of several lakes and is a short walking distance to the beach.

Bigger Fish is a Large spacious home with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths that will sleep 7 in beds and 9 with the sofa sleeper in the 2nd living area.  Great for multiple families or large groups.

We have a king master,  a queen master and the 3rd room that has a bunk bed & twin bed. Right outside of this room is a large bath and the 2nd living area with a sofa sleeper.

The Kitchen is well equipped with all the comforts of home and has stainless steel GE appliances and an ice making machine so you can fill your cooler for the beach. The living area has a flat screen LCD TV, plenty of seating for everyone and a high table for game playing. Screened porches on both levels are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach in the comfy rocking chairs.

Barrier Dunes is a private, gated Gulf Front community located next to the world famous St Joseph State Park. This entire area is known for it's beautiful water and sugar white sand. Within the community are two lighted tennis courts, a playground, a Gulf Front swimming pool and Club house, an interior pool which is now heated, gazebos, stocked fishing lakes, connecting boardwalks and several beach walkovers for easy access to the beach.

Our area is pet and family friendly. Visitors can enjoy both our pristine St Joseph Bay or the beautiful Gulf. Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scalloping, shelling, biking, fishing, and even just relaxing and watching the doghins swim by are just some of the activities available on Cape San Blas. Shopping, dining and entertainment is just a short drive away to Port St Joe or Apalachicola!!
