Our renters love our 1st floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa so much that we have a very high number of repeat guest yearly. Why? It is tastefully furnished and decorated, and well maintained through out. Each year we do numerous upgrades to the villa, the villa is very well equipped including the kitchen, and we allow our guest use of our beach locker at the Shipyard Beach Club. Villa has wireless internet connectivity. New tile flooring has been installed
in the majority of the villa. New furniture has been purchased in the
living room, dining room, and 2nd bedroom. High quality mattresses
were added to all beds last year. Villa is decorated in a bright beachy
atmosphere using yellow as the primary color. Kitchen has recently
been wallpapered with a beachy theme too.
Tastefully decorated 2-bedroom/2-bath 1st floor villa with a
wonderful golf and lagoon view. The master suite has a king-size
bed and opens to the deck. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and
an armoire with it own television and vcr. The sleeper sofa offers
accommodations for 6. This wonderful fully equipped kitchen is
ready for use and decorated very beachy. Dining area offers a glass
top dining room table with 6 chairs. This villa offers an
exceptional open floor plan with a large bar. This unit has 3 TV�s
and 3 VCR�s and a stereo CD/Cassette player. Colonnade Club is
located in a very private location in Shipyard Plantation and less
than a 10-minute walk to the beach, Van Der Meer Tennis Center, and
Crown Plaza Hotel. You may use Shipyard�s private parking if you
prefer to drive. Shipyard is a beautiful landscaped plantation
covered with tropical vegetation. You will admire the tropical
vegetation time after time while you are biking the many paths
throughout Shipyard. The central location of Shipyard puts you
minutes from Coligny Plaza, which has many interesting shops and
restaurants. Enjoy the amenities of the Crown Plaza Hotel for some
of the finest cuisine on the island and regularly scheduled
entertainment. The Shelter Cove Mall is located just outside the
Highway 278 gate.

Covered deck with bar table and stools overlooking a wonderful golf
and lagoon view of the 6th hole on the Galleon Course, beautiful
large pool with an outdoor Jacuzzi, utility room including washer
and dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, new 37 inch wide screen Sony

even a small computer desk in the master bedroom for those of you

home of the Hilton Head International from 1982 to 1984. Shipyard

resorts by Tennis Magazine, has 20 courts featuring HarTru and hard
courts. Shipyard is a biker�s paradise. The plantation is covered
with miles of beautiful bike paths that make exercise a dream.
