one addtional half bath. A family fun room with t.v., dvd, games and
a sleeper sofa. Formal Living a dinning room, Casual breakfast area,
Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. There is also a sun room,
reading room/office space that also adds additional sleeping. It has
french doors leading to a beautifully landscaped courtyard, with
tiled private gated pool.

This home is perfect for large family gatherings offering everything
you need for a wonderful vacation sleeps up to 12.

This home and property is completely equipped and includes but is not
limeted to: outdoor furniture and BBQ. Fully stocked kitchen and
laundry room. T.V.,movies, games and privacy. Just minutes to the
beach, Yachting, Watersports of every kind, Shopping, Kravis center,
City Place, World famous Worth Avenue, Breakers Hotel, Mar Largo,
