Marvelous Montecito Artists Cottage in Santa Barbara

You enter the gated property and park under giant sycamore trees, then walk along a shaded path through an English garden to the Artists cottage. It sits in an oak studded landscape that provides a tranquil setting to rest and relax.   A privacy hedge surrounds the azure blue natural pool in front of the cottage. A large stone terrace fronts the cottage and has plenty of cozy wicker furniture to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. There is also a BBQ and table with chairs for outdoor dinning.

Upon entering the cottage, a small kitchen is located to the right, below a long limestone counter with seating. It has a small refrigerator, two burner electric stovetop,,microwave, coffeemaker, convection oven , dishes, disposal and sink, washer and dryer.

The entire cottage has vaulted ceilings and high windows.Comfortable chairs and sofa provide lots of places for reading or TV viewing in the living room. Both living room and bedroom are divided by a large fireplace wall so both rooms have functioning fireplaces.There is a king size bed. The bathroom is very large with separate toilet and shower for two. There is also a door leading to the pool. Plenty of storage space.

Two fireplaces, HDTV, CD, DVD, Stereo, Wi Fi, luxury linens, dishes, glassware, chairs, lounges and tables poolside and on the terrace for dinning and relaxing.

Total privacy and peaceful, quiet days. Santa Barbara is minutes away if you desire entertainment, shopping or gourmet  restaurants. Gorgeous beaches are also minutes away.A major hiking trail is a short walk up the street. Theatre, Broadway shows, SB Symphony, Museums, surfing. wine tasting, whale watching.

Activities close by: see above and also close by are the Santa Barbara Zoo, Stearns Wharf and The Sea Center, Art Museum, Natural History Museum, S.B. Botanical Gardens, and right around the corner is the famous Lotusland. Of course, many gorgeous beaches with surfing, sailing, diving, swimming, golf, spas and shopping abound.
