Charming Riverfront Downtown Cottage w/ Pool in New Port Richey

Surrounded by the scenic "Pithlachascotee" River, you will be charmed by the beautiful setting and lovely accomodations. The cottage is on a private, gated street from which you can take a short walk to so many things- Sim's Park, downtown restaurants, a beautiful footpath that meanders alongside the River are all a stone's throw from the home.  The cottage is tastefully and comfortably decorated and laid out with privacy in mind. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. Each bedroom has it's own access to the outdoors. Your private pool is right outside your door.  And if you have any needs or questions, Our home is right next door. We have a Dock that you can use.

There is a separate laundry room. The kitchen is outfitted to accomodate your cooking and dining needs. It has a new fridge and an apartment size range. Linens and Towels are provided. There is also seating outside by the pool. There is a TV in the Living Room which has 2 couches which conceal 4 recliners for your TV viewing pleasure and comfort. There is also a stereo. There is a desk area and a reading corner. Smoking allowed outside only please. There is a gas grill  located just outside the kitchen door!

You are about 45 minutes to Tampa Airport and an hour and 45 minutes to Disney World.

5 minutes away is our local Green Key Beach which has an on-sand playground, gazebo and pavillion. A little drive further south takes you to some other lovely beaches- from Howard park in Tarpon Springs to Clearwater Beach.  Starkey Wilderness Park is 10 minutes away. There is convenient shopping all around- less than 5 minutes to the grocery store- drug stores- lots of shopping. The Gulfview Square Mall is 10 minutes up the road.

You can bring your boat and dock it in the backyard. Or you can charter a Boat and have a great time in the Gulf of Mexico , which is just a lovely meandering boatride up the river away from here.  You can also rent a canoe or kayak- They will deliver it right to your cottage and you can go on a guided river tour right from your own backyard.

Pets are considered on an individual basis- Rates are 900. a week and 2180. a month. Rates go up starting 9/1/13 to 990 a week and 2398 a month.  The pet rate is an additional $100. for the week or $300.00 for the month .arrival 3pm- check-out  is noon

To hold your reservation, a $200.00 security deposit and 50% of rental fee is required.

 Full amount of rental is due in cash or check 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a 75.00 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation refunds are made only when house is re-rented in peak season. (nov-dec-jan-feb-mar-apr). Off season (may-jun-july-aug-sept-oct)requires 60 days notice for full refund. We will always try to do our best for you if possible.
