Cottage on Bay.  Waterfront cottage with dock for boat. Fisherman's Dream!  Adorable cottage, perfect for family fun.  Bring your boat or jetski for hours of water activities.  Take your boat to Crab Island on Saturday and Sunday.  Go to many restaurants by water.  Destin is beautiful by land, spectacular by boat.  This cottage is a great way to spend vacations with extended families and friends.  There's enough room for everybody!  Plenty of parking. Your kids will love the large back yard.  Did we mention "hot tub"? Yes, that's right. You and a glass of wine at the end of a fun filled day. Everybody's happy. And just think, you get to do it again tomorrow......

There is so much to do and yet doing nothing is just as fun.  We have a saltwater pool with hot tub, no eyes burning. Plenty of yard for kids. The dock is two levels. The bottom will hold 2 boats of any size. Fresh water available to wash boat or fish.  Top deck has great view of bayou. Relax and watch for dolphin and Heron's. Plenty of sealife and sunsets. When the sun goes down, the underwater lights come on.  Get a good view of what's going on under you.

Inside you're all set.  The kitchen is stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. All linens are included but your beach towels.  Big screen TV in the family room. Comfy couch in the living room for reading. Washer and Dryer, Microwave and Soap included. The family room has a sofa bed for 2. Cable TV and ceiling fans in all 3  bedrooms. Queen beds in 2 bedrooms, twins in other.  

Fort Walton Beach is a great area to get away to.  In the summer, Destin is packed.  Traffic is backed up and it's usually a long wait at restaurants. Fort Walton is loaded with restaurants and activities. Putt Putt, Mall and Movie's.  You don't have to be in all the traffic if you don't want to. We are very conveinent to Walmart and Publix. We are approx. 4 miles to the beach.  Okaloosa Island has public beaches. Beautiful white sand and room to move around on.  Public bathrooms and parking is a plus, too. Full amount due 30 days prior to your reserved date.  NO Smoking in Cottage.  Pets welcome with $50 fee each and $200 additional deposit in OFF SEASON ONLY.

** NO PETS IN SPRING-SUMMER~  We strive for a clean property. Spring and summer we schedule back to back reservations. Would you want to sleep where someone else's sandy wet dog laid? Imagine 10 sandy wet dogs. Add "accidents" on top and my level of clean can't be maintained. Therefore, pets are not allowed during the peak season.
