Summer dates available: weeknight not attached to any weeknight rate of $500 per night: June 4-7, June 12-15, June 18-21, July 24-27, 3 night minimum. If we are already booked the dates you want please e-mail your mailing address for the 2012 packet about the house for future reference. Custom designed and built 2007 stone with standing seam metal roof home; sits on 3/4 acre lot, 5 bedrooms total: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths in main house; 1 bedroom, 1 bath 500 sq ft guest quarters (king sized bed plus fold out sofa); 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (twin sized day bed with trundle) cabin with porch; main house open living/dining/kitchen; upgraded Jenn-Air appliances; butlers pantry with 1/2 bath; main house master bedroom downstairs (king size bed); 2 bedrooms upstairs with each with own bath (1 with a queen sized bed, 1 with a full plus bunk bed); fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and Jenn-Air appliances; 12' BY 30' porch overlooking Lake McQueeney with stylish dining table for 6, rockers and lounge chairs; screen porch; IMMACULATE condition and VERY desirable location on the lake 5 minutes from Ski Lodge by boat or car on Terminal Loop; lake views from every room

Boat house on property available for rental for fee as owners have to have their professionally removed and stored - 23' long or less ski boats only as per river authority rules -

Firm rules: no more than 12 on premises ar any time; no pets; family oriented property with no tolerance for loud behavior as we have lovely neighbors; of course, no smoking

Summer dates left: June 3 - 6 $600 per night
August 4 - 10 $700 per night special rate as does not include any Sat. night
Off season rates: $400 per weekday night, $650 per weekend night during the off season (Sept 30- March 10) Minimum 2 nights, 3 nights on holiday weekends, $1000 security deposit
Peak season rates: $850 per weekend night, $800 for weeknights, 3 night minimum, March 10-September 30. Memorial Day/Labor day $925 per night 3 night minimum; July 4th $925 five night minimum
