Also a patio underneath the balcony with table and chairs if you want shade.We're happy to send additional pictures. 1 bed/1bath, kitchen w/frig, stove, microwave, large balcony 13x19, w/chairs & umbrella. Beach chairs avail. Steps down to beach immediately next to apt.  Up to 4 persons responsible non-smoking  only please. Small dog (under 7 lbs) may be okay. Linens are supplied. No maid service. Brand new laundry room!.There's nothing like having breakfast on your balcony overlooking the beach below you. Watch the sunset every night with a cocktail and listen to the crashing waves. Nightime is beautiful and you're overlooking the Oceanside lighted pier with the fluorescent waves . If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation then our apartment is the perfect place for you. Older renovated building with only 2 units, very quiet, 10 steps up to the apt.  with 1 parking space, add'l parking avail at no cost on street. More pics avail upon request. Full kitchen w/ microwave, 2 flatscreen hdtv's (32" and 19") , satellite TV with 2 DVR's so that you can record your favorite shows.  2 DVD players, wireless internet, king size bed, Sofa bed in living room can sleep 2 persons.  BBQ on balcony, hair dryer, alarm clock radio with IPod docking station , incredible whitewater view. We speak German and English. We also have 2 bicycles to rent. Laundry room on premises.

Surfing, kayak rentals, whale watching boats, Oceanside harbor with restaurants and shopping. North of Oceanside pier , fishing on pier, 5 min. walk to pier, 10min. walk to beautiful Oceanside Harbor and restaurants. Take your laptop to the coffee shack as they have wireless internet and drink your coffee while overlooking the marina.  5 min. by car to downtown w/lots of restaurants, movie theaters, shopping. Antique shopping in beautiful downtown Carlsbad 15 min. away, 15 min. to Legoland, 40 min to downtown San Diego & beautiful San Diego Bay. Train station is 15 min. walk. Take the Coaster to San Diego and spend the day in downtown San Diego, Seaport Village, Coronado, Gaslamp Quarter. 2 blocks from San Luis Rey bicycling trail. If you're in to biking, the trail is 11 miles long and is designated only for bicycles and pedestrians. Bicycle rentals available from a bike shop 7 min. away. On Thursdays, there is a morning Farmers Market and and evening Sunset Market with food, music, and booths just minutes from the apt.

Apt. is available by the week with a 2 week maximum, will consider a 3 night minimum. Summer months, June-Sept. is a one week minimum but you can ask us for fewer days if available.   $250 deposit to hold your reservation and a $65 non-refundable cleaning fee. $250 refundable security deposit required. This rate is for 2 persons. Please inquire for additional persons.

For people who have a pet, there is an extra $25 cleaning fee, plus an additional $75 refundable pet deposit depending on whether there are any "accidents".

Rates:  Nov. 1 - Apr. 30 - $595 plus 10% city tax,$65 cleaning, $250 sec. deposit

          May 1- June 30 - $795 plus 10% city tax, $65 cleaning, $250 sec. deposit

          July 1 - Sept.15 - $925 plus 10% city tax, $65 cleaning,$250 sec. deposit

          Sept 16-Oct. 31 - $750 plus 10% city tax, $65 cleaning, $250 sec. deposit

Major holidays are higher. There is a 30 day cancellation notice for a refund.
