Vacation Rental Description

We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do!  Enjoy the beautiful, quiet gated community of  
Tidewater Plantation.  Tidewater golf course is a must play not only according to Golf Magazine but  
also by the owners of this condo!!!   
The whole family will love staying at this condo which has plenty of room for up to seven people (baby  
and toddler items available upon request).

Vacation Rental Amenities

This first floor, two bedroom, two full bathroom condo is located in Clubhouse Villas in the gated  
community of Tidewater.  Master bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom has queen bed and twin.  The  
sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen size bed.  The condo has full amenities which include a  
full kitchen, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub in master bathroom, and a screened porch that overlooks a pond  
full of turtles, geese, ducks and frogs!

Activities and Attractions

Tidewater has many great activities for all ages.  There is a large pool and hot tub within walking  
distance from condo. Also within walking distance are two tennis courts (one clay court), work out  
facility, driving range and putting green.  Tidewater has a wonderful clubhouse with a great restaurant  
that is just a short walk away.  Tidewater golf course has been rated as top 10 in Myrtle Beach.   
 
The beach is two miles away with free parking available.  Great shopping and fun entertainment for the  
entire family just a short drive away.   
 
Close to miniature golf, live theatre, boating, parasailing, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding and  
over 1000 restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

March 1st - May 31st          $550/week, $95/night (2 night minimum) 
 
June 1st - August 31st        $850/week 
 
September 1st - October 31st  $550/week, $95/night (2 night minimum) 
 
November 1st - February 28th  $400/week, $85/night (2 night minimum) 
 
Above rates do not include a $50 departure cleaning fee. 50% deposit required at booking and balance  
due 30 days prior to arrival. Check out time at 12:00 noon on departure day.
