RATES:  Up to 4 Persons:  $125.00 per night or $550.00 per week.  $1500.00 per month.  Two night minimum.  Holidays and special events may be higher.

FEE:  $40.00 cleaning charge

RESERVATIONS:  All rentals 7 days or less require payment in full at time of making your reservations.  More than 7 days stay requires a 30% deposit, with the balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival.

Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received and cleared.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:  We realize that unforeseen events can cause a change in plans.  Deposit and/or booking refunds are based on the following policy: 

30 day notice - $25.00 cancellation fee.
14 day notice - 75% refund.
Less than 14 day notice - 50% refund.
Less than 7 day notice - no refund.

The refund/cancellation policy is strictly enforced, due to loss of other potential bookings.
