Cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, furnished deck on canal, propane grill, 4 TVs, 2 VCRs and 1 DVD. Parking for 2 vehicles with additional at club house. 24/7 security, new playground includes volleyball, shuffleboard, mini golf and picnic area with pavillion. NO SMOKING/NO PETS /ADULTS 25 and up as primary renter.

vacation rental rates
May 2nd through June 19th rates will be $575.00 weekly. NO high school rentals please!
June 20th through August 27th rates will be $950.00 weekly. SAT. TO SAT. RENTALS ONLY!
August 28th through September11th rates will be $775.00 weekly.
September 12th through September 30th rate will be $575.00 weekly.
October 1st through October 31st rate will be $500.00 weekly
A one half downpayment of weeks rental required within 7 days of receiving signed contract. Full balance is due 8 weeks prior to check-in. There is a $150.00 security deposit required, refundable after key return and departure inspection!
