House is Ideal for 2 Families to Share!  You can enjoy all the beauty that nature has to offer and yet still have ALL of the comforts of home.  Built in 2006, our beautiful home can accommodate up to 10 people with TWO Master Suites and large third bedroom, each with a Queen bed. The two upstairs bedrooms also have a Full Futon.  The spacious 12' x 20' loft has 1 Queen sleeper sofa.  After a long day of fun, come home and relax on the 14’ x 30’ back deck with your beverage of choice and enjoy the cool mountain breeze as you watch the golfers pass by.  In the evenings and early mornings you are likely observe a family of deer grazing on the property.  Certain times of the year you can sit on the front porch and admire the beautiful view of the Shenandoah Valley.  At night, it may even be cool enough to sit by the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Other Amenities include, Wireless Internet (WIFI), Cable on both 40" & 42" HD TV’s, 2 DVD players, PS-2, stereo, surround sound, extensive DVD Library (over 100 titles), large front-load washer and dryer and Gas BBQ. Wintergreen boasts over 30 miles of scenic hiking trails for all ages and the Blue Ridge Parkway and Appalachian Trail are just 15 minutes away.  If the five outdoor pools (and one indoor) can't keep your kids busy, why not take them for a round on the Bungee Trampoline at the Out of Bounds Adventure Center. Once they've outgrown the inflatables playground, hook them up with a Wii® at The Dome, the high-tech gaming center.  Lake Monacan is just 15 minutes away and offers great family fun with swimming, fishing, paddleboats, canoes, sand volleyball, snack bar and picnic area.
