This sprawling new 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home wraps around the private sunny backyard with a sparkling private pool and jacuzzi. This home offers the best of both worlds, a private pool at home, and the beach just a short stroll away! Each bedroom features en suite private bathrooms, perfect for 3 couples traveling together. The formal living room has gorgeous peak ocean views.
The large Chef's kitchen with center island, granite counters, sub zero refrigerator, Dacor oven and cook top and the highest quality stainless steel appliances, also features a large and comfortable eat in nook for casual dining and lots of light.
The well appointed light and bright family room opens up to the private in ground swimming pool and private jacuzzi and terrace with natural gas barbeque for entertaining.
Two master suites are located on one side of the house with the other master suite on the other side of the home which wraps around the terrace and pool area. This home has a great floor plan for privacy. There are two king beds and one queen bed in the three bedrooms.
There is a full laundry room, TVs are located in several rooms with basic cable and a large HGTV with premium cable and HBO in the the large family room. There is WIFI throughout.
This home is close to WindanSea Beach and La Jolla's Street of Dreams, Camino de la Costa. The Village of La Jolla, world class dining shopping and art galleries are also close.
