Come to Florida and relax in our spacious two bedroom condo, located in Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club - only a couple of miles from Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach.
You'll enjoy our sunny 3rd floor unit with vaulted ceilings overlooking the beautifully landscaped Kelly Greens golf course. Our newly decorated condo has a great room with sofa, chair and two of the most comfortable leather recliners on earth. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closest. The second bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted to twin beds, and a second bathroom. There is a formal dining area, eat-in kitchen with all the amenities, laundry, and lanai with new patio table and chairs. There are three cable TV's, DVD player, and radio/CD player. Linens, beach chairs, and bicycles are furnished for your convenience.
Our condo is conveniently located near the elevator, has covered parking, a storage unit for golf clubs, etc. and a beautiful heated pool & hot tub.

Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club is a gated community with beautifully landscapped grounds, perfect for not only golf, but walking and biking. The club house has a fabulous restaurant and bar. There's a pro shop, activities room, and newly remodeled exercise facility. Golfers will want to take advantage of the championship golf and tennis by transferring membership with the club for only $265. Available beginning May 1 for 2012.
$1600 to $3200 per month plus State of Florida and Lee County short term rental tax of 11%. Security Deposit required.
Multiple month discounts are available.
Partial month rentals during May through October are available upon request. (Minimum rental $1000.)
Optional $265 golf transfer fee or $125 dining only fee is available and payable directly to the club.
