Located on the western shore of Crescent Lake in Raymond, Maine.
Ideal for multi-family or large reunions, Kossow Lodge is a four-season, private home located on beautiful Crescent Lake, in the Sebago Lakes Region of Maine. With eight bedrooms (13 Beds , 3 Sleep sofas 4 Aero Beds)and five bathrooms, Kossow Lodge comfortably accommodates twenty five people and uniquely provides both seclusion and serenity and plenty of activities for families with children.

Kossow Lodge is a wonderful location for your wedding and reception. From summer to winter, the Lodge is a perfect location to hold multi-family vacations, college reunions, anniversary gatherings, fishing trips, winter holidays, Febuary school vacations and skiing or snowmobiling trips.

On Crescent Lake, with 2.5 acres of private waterfront on the western shore, everyone will find something to enjoy during your stay.

The porch during summertime is the ideal gathering spot providing enough space for everyone to enjoy the serene lake view. Venture outside to enjoy our open deck or travel down the steps to our dock, which has space for a 20' boat. Swim to the float and enjoy the sunshine, take the kids waterskiing, or simply keep your eyes and ears open for the loons.

The Lodge provides plenty of outdoor activities for those of all ages including badminton, croquet, and basketball. The gazebo indoors offers a quiet spot for cards or games, while the basement playroom offers a full size slate pool table, ping-pong table, Foose Ball and air hockey.

The Great Room in the Winter, with its magnificent stone fireplace draws crowds. offering a welcoming spot to warm up and relax after a day of skiing, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, or snowmobiling.

Ski trips are a breeze; Shawnee Peak only 25 miles & Sunday River 53 miles.

Kossow Lodge has eight bedrooms and can sleep twenty five comfortably. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and five on the second floor. The first floor has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a half bath. On the second floor the master bedroom has a king size bed, a full bath with a whirlpool tub and a sitting area with a magnificent view of the lake. The fifth bedroom has two double beds, The sixth bedroom has four twin beds. The seventh bedroom has a queen size bed. The eighth bedroom has a double bed and a full crib. The basement playroom has 3 sleep sofas Aero Beds are available. The first floor has one full bath and two half baths. The second floor has two full baths. Three Pack & Plays are available.

The kitchen is fully equipped and well appointed (see amenities).

The dining room seats 18 people and has a stone fireplace.

The great room (Now has all new furniture) also has a stone fireplace and provides a warm place for family gatherings. Firewood is supplied The porch overlooks the Lodge’s 283 feet of waterfront, dock and swim float. Back-up 16kw automatic electric generator (in case Maine Central goes on Vacation)

The new kitchen is fully equipped and well appointed (see amenities). The dining room seats 18 people and has a stone fireplace. Cancellation Policy: A $50.00 Administration Fee will be deducted from all refunds.

PEAK SEASON & WINTER-HOLIDAY: Refund only if re-rented.

OTHER SEASONS: Refund if cancellation is 30 days or more before arrival.
If less than 30 days notice given, a refund is only made if re-rented.
Call For Wedding Rates: Wedding receptions are limited to 90 people.
We have available, an adjacent cottage for grooms/brides family that sleeps six.
