This beautiful beach front house is situated by a white sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with extraordinary sunset views, 10 min away from Chicxulub, Yucatan.  Only 40 min north of the capital city of Merida and 4 hours from Cancun. The four bedrooms have ocean view and balcony. There are 4 bathrooms. All this make this a perfect vacation home for a larger group or family, sleeping 8 people very comfortably. It is also ideal for couples looking for privacy. The beach provides a unique, romantic setting for special events or just for relaxing. There is a large terrace perfect for entertaining, or just admiring the view. There is a beach front swimming pool with a tanning area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Three bedrooms have full-size beds and ceiling fans, the master bedroom has a King-size bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with ocean view. In addition all rooms have hammock hooks, ideal for an afternoon siesta. In the evening you can sit out on the palapa, sip a Margarita, and watch the magnificent sunset.

Don't worry about bringing anything but your bathing suits, clothes and food, because the house is well equipped with everything you will need.
