Two Futons in living room for additional sleeping arrangements. Located on non-driving section of beach and within walking distance to grocery and shopping. Complex offers 2 pools (1 heated), kiddie pool, shuffle board and laundry on each floor.

Complex offers 2 Olympic size pools (1 heated), and 2 kiddie pools, 4 shuffle board courts and 2 laundry rooms on each floor. Large oceanfront deck for sunbathing. One assigned parking space.

vacation rental rates
Monthly rates through April 30: $2,150 plus 12.5% tax. Summer rates May 1 through September 30: $1,100/week or $3,280/month plus 12.5% tax. There is a $75 cleaning fee.
Premium Summer Weeks: Memorial Day week, July 4th week, and Labor Day Week add $150 plus tax.

Minimum 1 week stay. No nightly rates.
A $250 security deposit is required for a reservation.
