The unit is equipped with a Dining Kitchen containing all the appliances you would expect in your own home; new dishwasher, new electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, stainless steel sink, waste disposal, toaster, fridge/freezer/icemaker, pots, pans with a full range of utensils and cutlery. Gibbs Gardens is distinguished by 220-acres of gardens set in a mature forest in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains. The rolling hills, abundance of springs and streams and mature shade trees create a truly unique backdrop for these unforgettable gardens. Visitors to Gibbs Gardens will experience what Jim Gibbs describes as “the harmony of nature” as they stroll through his 16 garden venues.

The farm is a sea of orange from late September on into November and offers hay rides and field trips throughout the fall season. Goldrush Dahlonega - The site of the very first gold rush in America, the quaint town of Dahlonega is just 25 minutes drive from Big Canoe through the beautiful mountains of North Georgia. Off Season rates (Dec. 1 thru March 31) are $90 per night, one time house cleaning fees are $60 and a refundable deposit of $200 is required in advance.
Prime Season rates (April 1 thru Nov. 30) are $120 per night, one time house cleaning fees are $60 and a refundable deposit of $200 is required in advance.
50% payment is requested 60 days in advance and 100% payment is requested 30 days in advance. Discounts are offered for 3 night stay get fourth night free, and bonus stays are provided for referral customers, inquire for details.
