This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has outstanding views of the beach and the entrance to Sister's Creek. Window walls on both sides of the central living area bring the outdoor views inside. Two master suites, each with a private bath and a king size bed.

The living area, which includes the kitchen and dining, has high cathedral ceilings and an open patio over looking the ocean on one side and a screen porch overlooking the canal and Ocean on the other. Mexican tile floors throughout the home.

The dockage is protected and offers quick access the Ocean via Sister's Creek or you can go "up the Creek" through Boot Key Harbor to the 7-mile bridge. 

Just steps away is Sombrero Beach, one of the Key's lovliest beaches and only a handful of homes can offer these views!

This home is on a week rental minimum.

Marathon and the Middle Keys offers shops and services including two grocery stores, Publix and Winn Dixie, 2 drug stores, CVS and Walgreen’s, a KMART and many other shops, bait and tackle stores, gifts shops and a wide selection of restaurants all within a few miles drive.
Like beaches? Sombrero Beach is located right accross the street! Coco Plum Beach is about 4 miles away. Bahia Honda State Park is about a 20 minute drive south.

Other attractions: The Dolphin Research Center is located on Grassy Key and is always a fun spot to stop in for their tours or schedule a swim with the dolphin. The Natural History Museum at Crane Point provides a look at Keys history, sea life, touch tanks for kids and nature walks through the Hammock (also a great gift store).
Key West is a great day trip and about 1.25 hours south.

Boat rental companies are available in the Middle Keys and most of them will let you keep the boat at your dock for the week (some will even deliver and pick up the boat!).

Holidays and Lobster Weeks: $2200 plus tax

Holiday includes the 4th of July Week. This home offers a prime location for viewing the City of Marathon fireworks display!

Fall discount: $1800 per week plus tax (after Labor day to Dec. 1 excluding Thanksgiving week)

Reservation/Security Deposit : $500

Booking Fee: $25

Pool Heat is optional and an additional $150 plus tax

Tax on accomodations is 12.5%
