A Botanical Waterfront Paradise with Private Dock and Pool in Pompano Beach

The “Botanical Waterfront” house is characterized by its Asian influenced accents, both inside and out. The garden area has a very private feel as it is fenced in for the utmost privacy.  It has many unique landscape and water features, to include relaxing meditation water fountains and pool waterfall for the utmost in relaxation. 

The dock area and sunken patio is very cozy with its own accent lighting for those who enjoy late-night chats. As you proceed back to the house, you follow along hedge-lined paths past the pool to the sundeck area with 4 sun chaise loungers.

Immediately adjacent to the house, you will find an assortment of patio furniture, a grill, and quite uniquely, an ever-blooming orchid wall to brighten the ambiance.

As you retreat inside, there are many aspects to this home that help it stand out and make your stay a memorable one. The living room with the large LCD TV is comfortable and roomy. There are actually 4 wall-mounted LCD TVs located throughout the house. Wi-Fi Internet is accessible from everywhere.

The oversized kitchen provides plenty of space and amenities for luxury in-house entertainment and dining. Immediately adjoining the kitchen is a fully stocked laundry room with a high-end washer and dryer.

The dining area features a solid hardwood dining set with seating for eight. The first master bedroom comes with its own French doors leading to the backyard pool area. It features a large walk in closet and private bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa tub.

A split floor plan assures maximum separation between all four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature cable LCD TVs. The second master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet.

The third bedroom lies opposite the fourth. It has its own entrance way providing separation from the rest of the house. A third full-sized bath is also located here.

Fort Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is the beach area of Fort Lauderdale that is closest to the “Botanical Waterfront” house. The area has a cozy feeling to it with several restaurants such as the Aruba Beach Café, a public beach and a fishing pier. All of this provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable vacation with family and friends.

The physical address for this house is located 3 blocks North of Fort Lauderdale and for this reason and the fact that it is in the same general area as our other North Fort Lauderdale homes we are advertising it as belonging to this geographical area. The closest beach is definitely Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
