With 11 Bedrooms & 11 full baths, this beautiful beachfront designer home will accommodate up to 29 people. Two full kitchens, including one custom designed for catering, ideal for entertaining a crowd. Perfect setting for a large family gathering, a corporate retreat, or a great beach wedding.

State-of-the-Art Media Room and 3 living rooms + 2 bonus rooms, each floor has common space area so you can spread out and enjoy the luxury! The private wrap-around balconies will amaze you. Each bedroom enjoys spectacular views of the Gulf or Lagoon, and has its own deck. Private hot tub is perfect touch on one of the many decks.

Teens can have their own private refuge on 3rd floor with bunk room, plus media room with sofas, large screen TV and kitchenette. This breathtaking home borders the National Wildlife Refuge, giving you a natural feel with all the amenities of home. Bring the entire family and then some - everyone sleeps under one roof with private dedicated baths, 2 master suites and sleeping porches for the kids.

Total of 4 King Bedrooms, 4 Queen Bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms each with a pair of Double Beds plus a Twin, plus the top floor Bunk Room for 4.

Great for Corporate Off-Sites, Family Reunions, and Beach Weddings (additional wedding & event fees may apply!) Events must be approved.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) during the summer season, at all other times there is a 4 night minimum. There are occasions when the home can be booked in the off season for less than the minimum but additional charges will apply.
