This rental is the downstairs apartment at my home and is completly tiled throughout, Has two Ice Cold Air Conditioners, As you access to the backyard you have a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your vacation with a charcoal grill as well as an  ocean view. This unit is walking distance to Harry Harris Ocean Park. This beautiful park  has a beach, boat ramp, swings, picnic tables, B.B.Q Grills, play ground for the kids, tidal saltwater swimming pool, fishing pier, fresh water showers, clean bathroom facility, basket ball courts, baseball fields which occasionally host ball games, You can catch bonefish and sharks right from the shoreline and more.

Property is newly furnished with a queen sized bed in the master and a queen size futon type hyda- bed couch in the living room. All linnins, bath towels, wash cloths as well as coffe pot, toaster oven, microwave oven, conventional oven with 4 burner stove top, full size refridgerator, pots and pans, drinking glasses, dishware, and  silverware  are all onboard for the convience of your stay. You can have use of the bicycles, gas grill, charcoal grill, washer / dryer, Cable Television with D.V.D. and free use of Wireless Internet.

Just 2.5 miles away is the Tavernier Town Shopping Plaza which has a Winn-Dixie Grocery Store - CVS Pharmacy - Movie Theater - Block Buster Video - Pier One Imports - Liquor Store - Family Dollar - Mariners Baptist Hospital - U.S. Post Office -

Also several Dinning Facilities Dillon's Irish Pub - Country Gulls Resturant - Little Ceasar's Pizza - Great Wall Of China - Subway - McDonalds
