This house is bright and airy with cathedral ceilings and windows from the floor to ceiling, not to mention a three season room that goes out to an outside patio with grill and nearby views of the woods.  House has tons of space for entertaining friends and family.   The gourmet kitchen is connected to the large dining room and living space which has a gas fireplace.

Upstairs master features its own sun deck and  covered porch.

Make sure to bring sheets, towels, soap products and paper products.

Blankets and pillows are provided for beds.

Community pool is just a short walk from house.  Jack Nicklaus golf course is just across the street from the community.  Also the  neighborhood features the  Harris Teeter food market.  This attractive Coastal Community is not only minutes from Fenwick, but  is also close to Ocean City with its famous  Boardwalk, Atlantic Ocean, Golf, hotspots, and not to mention Rehobeth Beach and Bethany.  Rehoboth features tax free shopping at the Outlets. 

Nearby boating, crabbing, fishing, and jet skiing, surfing, biking.  Also within driving 30 minutes from house is  bird watching at Assateague Island National Seashore which also features the Atlantic Ocean with swimming, and camping.

Saturday through Saturday  rates:

6/14/09 to 8/30/09    $1300 per week

Security deposit of $200 due when house is booked plus a cleaning fee of $110.00

House is also available to rent during the off season by the month. October 1, 2009- May 1, 2010
