Two bedroom one bath condo located in ocean front complex on the top floor, just steps from the warm sand and tranquil ocean. Come see NASA's spectacular shuttle launches from the beach or directly from the balcony! Enjoy the uncrowded and relaxed atmosphere that our wonderful condo can provide for you! This condo is furnished with everything we could think of to make your stay more enjoyable:
Beach Towels/Towels and Linens
Fully Furnished Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, blender, coffee-maker and all utensils and dishes.
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and dresser, plus lots of closet space and shelves. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds.
The beachfront condo complex has it's own gated boardwalk to the ocean, a community swimming pool, shuffleboard and laundry facilities, and a club house vacation rental rates.

Our peaceful condo is located just south of Ron Jon's Surf Shop and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Orlando area attractions including Disney, MGM, Universal, Wet N Wild, Animal Kingdom, Sea World and much more just a one hour drive from Cocoa. Orlando International Airport is a short and simple drive to and from this oceanfront condo.

It is just off of A1A, directly across the street and easy walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, a bar, and shopping. It is minutes from local attractions and the Kennedy Space Center.

All prices include cleaning fee but are subject to an addtional 11% taxes
