Low Floor - Beautiful Gulf Front - Specials! in Panama City Beach

Beautiful low 4th floor deluxe studio unit.  Sleeps 4.  There is a king bed and a set of bunk beds.  A full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit.  (Other studios do not have them in the condo itself and you must use a community washer.)

Tastefully decorated.  Please note that I am currently in the process of  upgrading the furniture and repainting the unit.  I will post new pictures when completed.  I just wanted to tell you just in case the furniture is not exactly the same when you arrive.  Everything will be better and brand new!  My mom is an interior decorator in Manhattan and is giving the place a makeover!

For your convenience we provide the following for your arrival.  So you don't have to run immediately out to the store.  We have starters of:

- paper towels
- hand soap
- all purpose cleaner
- dishwashing liquid
- garbage bags
- toilet paper
- complimentary 1st morning coffee
- coffee filters
- sugar
- salt and pepper

Three outdoor pools, two indoor heated pools, three hot tubs, and two
kiddie pools.  A fitness center with sauna & steamroom, a movie theatre showing free movies on Friday and Saturday nights,

Starbucks, deli, and mini mart are located in the main lobby. Enjoy a
meal at the on-site H20 pool side bar & grill. Finish your evening with a cocktail at Visions Martini Bar.

The unit itself has cable tv and a DVD player, air conditioning, balcony with furniture overlooking the beach, fully equipped kitchen, IPOD docking station, everything to make your trip enjoyable. 

The new Pier Park, Watersports, movies, dining, boating, sight seeing, tennis, sunbathing, shopping, attractions such as world's famous "Ripley's Believe It or Not ",Go Karts. Mini golf, bumperboats, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World aquarium. Boating trips to Shell Island and the gorgeous Panama City Beaches ...

Nov 1 - Feb 28..$75/night  - $450/week......$825/month

3 night minimum rental.

You must be 25 years or older with proof of id. 

We would also require a $200 deposit.  That would then be used as your security deposit.  (Fully refundable)  Half the rent would be due 60 days prior to arrival with the remainder due 14 days before you arrive.  

We accept PayPal for credit card payments or a check. 

Please add 10% Florida taxes and a 1 time $45 cleaning fee to the above rates.
