The owner is a well known Hollywood song writer and has been inspired in this home while writing many of his best songs.
The first floor master is attached to a full bathroom. Second floor guest room has a queen size bed and great view of the pond. The other guest room has one full size bed and a set of bunk beds. There are amazing views from all bedrooms. Carpeting is limited to the stairs and hardwood floors are throughout the house. Owners have made this house as allergy free as possible. 1800 sq. ft. The living and dining room are connected with views of the pond. This house was built in 1987.  Fall foliage and the cranberry harvest on all five cranberry bogs attached to Santuit Pond is a sight to behold!

Mashpee Commons is 5 minutes away and features many gourmet restaurants, great boutiques along with popular clothing stores and entertainment. A large Stop and Shop is also located on the north side of Mashpee Commons.   Around the rotary is a quaint Fish Market famous for its variety and freshness of local New England catch. Heading south off of the Mashpee rotary you can visit  the popular Pomponessett Market Place lined with crushed seashell paths offering quaint stores, the Famous Raw Bar and a great place to have morning coffee. Wednesday nights are known for kids nights with music and fun filled activities. The Cotuit Cavaliers (baseball) is 10 min. south across the way in the center of Cotuit. It is only 13 miles from Cape Cod Airport, 3 miles to the beach and 14 miles to the ferries that take you to Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket Islands.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Passover and Easter weeks are $1200.

Great discounts are offered on monthly rentals.

Rates include taxes. A $100 cleaning fee is added.

A $500.00 refundable security deposit is required.
