Come and relax at this beautiful fishing paradise!  Located just off the Hall's River on a clean, spring-fed canal, this lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bath home is the perfect location for some quiet time away.  Enjoy fishing right off the rear seawall or simply enjoy watching the otters, manatees, blue crabs and other wildlife that make this paradise their home.

Please note: although ideal for kayaking, our canal cannot accommodate powerboats due to a low bridge.

Inside, this home offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open living area with a stone fireplace, a full kitchen including a stove, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave and large breakfast bar, a formal dining area, and a separate den with a pull-out single sleeper.  There is also a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.  All cookware, dishes, towels and linens are provided.  Cable TV and Internet are included.  Outside, you can enjoy a large hottub, 2 kayaks, a small boat slip and dock, plus a backyard deck with a grill.
