This extremely quiet One Bedroom guest apartment is located high in  
the Hollywood Hills, adjacent to Beverly Hills, above the famed  
Sunset Strip (dining, theaters, shopping, etc..), on Sunset Plaza  
Drive - a street that many celebrities have made their own;  
Spectacular city and ocean views.  
 
A set of 13 additional pictures and availability can be emailed to  
you immediately upon email request. 
 
The apartment features handsome decor throughout: a bedroom with a  
King-size bed; Two private baths; AC; Telephone; Gourmet kitchen with  
marble kitchen counters, large refrigerator. toaster, blender,  
microwave and conventional ovens, plenty of pots and pans.  The  
living room includes a dining area, a comfortable leather coach, a  
day bed with an additional trundle bed (sleeps two separately),  
television with cable access.  The living room is light, with four  
windows offering a display of Los Angeles at your feet.   
 
Separate dressing area with built-in closets, shelves, enclosed  
washer and dryer, full-size mirror; Separate storage closet for  
suitcases and brooms. 
 
Apartment opens to a spacious deck with large pool, gas grill and  
Jacuzzi. 
Linen (including bath towels), ironing table, iron; all you need is  
your toothbrush!
