Rates in the winter months of December, January and February are 130 a night, plus tax of 13% and 75 cleaning fee. Weekly is $750 ++

March-November and holidays the rates are $900 a week, plus 13% tax and cleaning fee of 75, daily rate is 150 Sunday - Thursday, and $200 a night on Friday and Saturday plus tax and cleaning fee.

Pets are 100 non refundable.

I enjoyed a professional rental experience in Savannah Historic District; excellent customer service. Very clean and well maintained. Impressed by neighborhood and convenience to sights and fun of the city. Best value for price I have experienced in my travels.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Pay a little more and get a better place

The neighborhood is creepy. Sleeps four. I don't see where a fifth person could possibly fit. The TV remote control was reported as it didn't work. Nothing was done about it. The cleaner was still in the house when we arrived at 5:30.
I had to take the bed linen out of the dryer and put it on my bed. There were no clothes hangers so I had to call for a delivery that night of our arrival. The microwave door would not open. The chairs around the dining table are broken and dangerous to sit on. Toilet paper was delivered the following evening.
I'll leave the judgement up to you.

Owners response: The cleaning people are usually on time, but the people leaving left late, We will be more on top of this in the future, but sometimes there is nothing we can do.
This is a city, and not the burbs, this house is part of the historic district. Next time visit the surrounding areas if you think the historic distirct is creepy. The rates are very reasonable, and we don't often get complaints.
the remote was not reported to us, and the charis around the table seem fine?!
