Located in the NW side, this is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with an attached 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house.   There is a large portal with fireplace and grill that becomes an outdoor living space.  The layout of the floor plan offers  wonderful community space and a private separation of bedrooms.  Families love to gather here to reconnect and enjoy Santa Fe.

This is an upscale house with many Santa Fe amenities including hand troweled plaster walls throughout, Vigas in the high ceilings, radiant heat for the winter and evaporative cooling for the summer.  The kitchen features Jenn-Aire professional appliances and granite countertops. There is a 2 car garage, a laundry room, a TV room, cable TV and high speed wireless internet.

The location of this house is ideal.  People who have stayed there love its proximity to the downtown Plaza, shops, and museums while maintaining a relaxing feeling of privacy.  The Las Campanas Golf Course and Equestrian Center is nearby as well as the Marty Sanchez Golf Course.  We are about 15 minutes from the Opera and 10 minutes to the Ski Basin Rd. or National Forest.

This lovely house is rented weekly and monthly. Occasionally we will do less than a week but a minimum of 3 nights.  Departure and arrival dates are flexible.  In addition to the rental fee, there is a fully refundable damage deposit of $200 and a $100 cleaning charge.
