7 people will sleep comfortably in this 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths condo; the master has a queen size, the 2nd bedroom has bunks, the top bunk is a twin, the bottom a full, there is a queen pullout in the living room. The furniture is beachy and comfortable, the decor reflects the ocean and includes many pieces of local art.

There are books about the island and the area and a great information binder waiting for you with everything there is to see and do. Don't forget to sign the guest book!

You will feel like you are visiting a friends home not renting a strangers house! We like to think we have thought of everything including pasta for dinner your first night.

There are a DVD and VHS player, a nice sound/CD system. Everything is there, linens, kitchenwares, towels and beach towels. You bring your tooth brushes and bathing suits and you are pretty much set!

Come stay with us in our charming, elevated first-floor villa with palm trees and stunning ocean views from your living/dining area and balcony. Your villa features a large, comfortable living room and dining room area, fully-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with queen-sized bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds (top is twin, bottom is full) and a queen pullout in the living room  where seven people can sleep comfortably, 1.5 bathrooms, a large balcony overlooking the pool and ocean, with gas grill. Linens, towels, kitchenwares are all included.

Totally renovated in 2007, your villa is located only 50 feet from the seawall & Ocean Point Golf Course; 100 feet from our low tide beach access. It is situated at the quieter, sunniest end of the island. Our area of Fripp is perfect for lovers of oceanside golf and beach, as well as watchers of the ever-changing ocean and inlet. East-facing waterfront: pink grapefruit sunrises and glimmering moonrises.

Your villa at North Hampton has its own pool, for the exclusive use the complex residents and guests, with an outside shower, and an elevator. Guests may also enjoy additional oceanfront pools, to include the mid-island Beach Club, and the south-end Cabana Club, with a heated pool / kiddie pool / and lagoon pool with waterfalls and mist cave. There are eight soft and two hard surface tennis courts for your enjoyment as well as jogging, bike and roller blade trails, and scenic nature paths. You can also rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, golf carts, bikes, mopeds, or book a seat on one of the regularly scheduled excursion boats for dolphin watching, shelling, and exploring! Full marina facilities are also available for boating enthusiasts. Exploration of South Carolina's coast can continue at Hunting Island State Park, minutes away, with the lighthouse to visit and the history of the region on display. Do not forget Camp Fripp! The perfect kids' day camp for children 3 to teens!

Besides its uncrowded beautiful beaches, the island hosts a unique variety of amenities. For the avid golfer, Fripp offers two exceptionally beautiful and challenging courses. One was designed by George Cobb and features spectacular oceanfront views (the 18th hole, clubhouse and driving range are located just steps away), while the other was designed by PGA champion Davis Love III.

Fishermen of all ages can spend their time along the meandering tidal creeks catching abundant fish, shrimp, and blue crabs.

For the shopper, there are numerous shops and boutiques on the island offering everything from casual wear and souvenirs to grocery items. Guests have a choice of five different restaurants on the island (Hugos is located across the street).

Fripp Island is located just 45 minutes from Hilton Head, one hour from Savannah, and one and one-half hours from Charleston. Rentals minimum 3 nights, less than Sat to Sat will incur $100 cleaning fee

Unit is professionally cleaned after each guest departs, but please leave it as you found it.
