No parking and walking through a parking lot carrying bags and groceries! This is a "beach themed" newly remodeled unit in March of 2009. The building was designed in the traditional Florida style and is unique in architecture. Only four stories high with an outside elevator, two laundry rooms and has the longest beach frontage you'll find. You'll feel like one of the locals when you stay here. The pool and patio are only 30 steps away from your front door. Enjoy your morning coffee at the pool, which overlooks a panoramic view of the ocean in both directions. Everything is provided for your beach stay, especially if you fly. All you need are your beach towels and sun lotion! Please take a moment to read the amenities as it will answer most commonly asked questions.

Peak season from 12/01 to 04/30 in the amount of $950.00 per week for the first week and $850.00 per week for the second.  $2450.00 per month. End  of stay cleaning and tax are included!!

Off Peak season is from 05/01 to 11/15 in the amount of 750.00 per week for the first week and $650.00 for the second week.  $1650.00 per month. End of stay cleaning and tax are included!

Add $100.00 to the weekly rate for Holiday Weeks

Nightly rates are based on a three (3) night minimum $120.00 per night off peak and $150 per night peak. Cleaning fee of $60.00 is NOT included.

Refundable 200.00 Security Deposit required for all stays. Refunded by personal check to your address within 15 days of check out and unit is clear of damages.

Rental agreement/ contract provided for your protection and ours.

No pets permitted per condo association rules. However, private Kennels are close by where you could pick your canine up each day for walks and exercise. There is a dog park within 1 mile and the dog beach is 5 miles south. Yearly permit required by city for dog beach. ($25.00)
