The building was designed in the traditional Florida style and is unique in architecture. Only four stories high with an outside elevator, two laundry rooms and has the longest beach frontage you'll find. You'll feel like one of the locals when you stay here. The pool and patio are only 30 steps away from your front door. Enjoy your morning coffee at the pool, which overlooks a panoramic view of the ocean in both directions. Everything is provided for your beach stay, especially if you fly. All you need are your beach towels and sun lotion! Peak season from 12/01 to 04/30 in the amount of 800.00 per week and 2200.00 per month plus 11% broward county occupancy tax

Off Peak season is from 05/01 to 11/30 in the amount of 600.00 per week and 1500.00 per month plus 11% broward county occupancy tax

Nightly rates are based on a three (3) night minimum

Refundable 200.00 Security Deposit required for all stays. Refunded by personal check to your address within 15 days of check out and unit is clear of damages.

Cleaning fee included with monthly rental. Cleaning fee of 60.00 will be added to all other rental stays.

Rental agreement for your protection and ours.

No pets permitted per condo association rules. However, private Kennels are close by where you could pick your canine up each day for walks and exercise. There is a dog park opening in June 09 with-in 1 mile and the dog beach is 5 miles south. Yearly permit required by city for dog beach. ($25.00)
