Keuka Lake All Season Retreat in Keuka Lake

Huge contemporary multi-family vacation retreat located on east side (beautiful sunsets) of Keuka Lake within 1 mile of Penn Yan, NY 14527.  Great location for family reunions, anniversaries, company retreats.  12 rooms, 3,872 sq. ft., with lower level walkout completely furnished as separate quarters.  6 bedrooms total, two master suites with king beds and private baths with walk-in-showers.  4 bathrooms total, two full kitchens, 135 ft. natural lake front.  Plenty of paved parking, and easy access.

Our Lake House is 6 bedrooms total, however, we will rent either the upper or lower level separate if you do not require use of the entire house. Each level is setup as a complete unit, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, complete kitchen with deck and outdoor grill, living area with dish TV, DVD, wireless internet access, and fireplace. All rentals include bed linens and towels. Our Lake House is modern and squeaky clean. Although we do not meet strict ADA regulations the property is wheelchair assessable to upper and lower levels, and to the Lake front.

We require a security deposit of $100 per level. We have a minimum stay of 2 nights. We limit the number of individuals to 12 per level. The cost per night for 3 bedrooms, one level is $349. We also rent the lower level Master Bedroom with attached bathroom (includes jetted tub) for Romantic Getaway per night $149 (includes use of kitchen and living areas). A maximum stay of 7 nights applies to all stays. And we are dog friendly. Individual arrangements are required for corporate getaways, family reunions, weddings, etc. Credit card is the preferred payment. We are friendly, we live locally, and we enjoy meeting you and sharing our Lake House with you.

Fireplaces, televisions with Dish service and DVD's, internet service, grills, decks, lounges, deck chairs, fully stocked kitchens with electric stoves, microwaves, cookwear, eating untisels and dishes.  Washing machine and clothes dryer located up and down.  Municipal water, sewer and gargabe pickup; linen and cleaning service available.
