The cottage has 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It sleeps 11. ( 1 queen, 3 doubles, 3 twins, a sofa bed, a crib)

June-August: $1700 per week *    May, Sept, Oct: $1200 per week

$500 refundable security deposit

*The Dining Hall serves fabulous dinners and Sunday brunch. There is a required Dining Hall meal minimum of $325 per week. Maintaining the 100-year tradition of the Colony, coat and tie are required for dinner 2 nights a week and business casual, 2 nights a week. Sunday Brunch is casual.

This cottage is fully loaded with everything you'll need...and more. There's a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, a flat screened TV, VCR, and DVD, playstation, fireplace, washer & dryer, propane grill, sunset deck with patio furniture, even 2 kayaks.

All linens, including beach towels, are provided.

The property enjoys both sunrises and sunsets with spectacular water views on both sides. It has a beautiful in-ground pool, clay tennis court, playground with new equipment, and plenty of lovely grounds to enjoy. It is walking distance to the beach for sunning, shell collecting, or kayaking, the town dock for boating or fishing. It also has a Dining Hall that serves dinner 4 nights a week along with Sunday Brunch, and a kids' Rec Hall with pool table. You would never have to leave the pennisula but if you should need to go to town it is an easy 20 minute drive.

Harpswell is conveniently located near Portland with many great restaurants and shops, Freeport...the home of L.L.Bean, Bar Harbor, Acadia Nat'l Park, and Popham Beach....the most spectacular stretch of sandy beach in Maine.

July-September: $1900 per week *

June, and Oct.: $1400

* There is an additional $350 per week Dining Hall meal minimum from the end of June through Labor Day.
