Have a relaxing, comfortable vacation yards from the beach.  NO elevators!! You park at your door, and are close to great fun, food and entertainment. You will have a beautiful lake front view in newly remodeled one bedroom condo in the center of complex.  We are fully furnished throughout so just bring your toothbrush to enjoy a great stay. 

Accommodations include a queen sized bed and tv/vcr in the bedroom.  There is a full size Lazy Boy sofa and TV/DVD in the living room.  Watch HBO and ESPN as well as a full cable line up.  Additionally, we have a washer / dryer in the unit.

Don't forget Fido as we are pet friendly !

You can stroll a few steps to get to the beach or lounge at the pool.  Get your daily exercise at the tennis courts or leisurely walk around our lake and take in the relaxing atmosphere.

We are located across the street from Hammerhead Freds for great seafood, Wendy’s for a quick bite, near Spinnakers for night time entertainment and are close to an amusement park with  putt-putt and go carts.  Just go straight up Joan Ave for more shopping, amusement parks, and dining and miss most of the traffic.

DEPOSIT: $200. The primary renter must be 25 years old to check in.

If you bring your pet there is a nonrefundable pet deposit.  $50 under 25 pounds and $100 for 25 pounds and over.
