Our beautifully decorated, light-filled flat has stunning views of the Sierra Mountains, all the way to Nevada.  Quiet T-D area on Ski Slope Way.  2b/2b with living room, kitchen, dining room, deck, and views from every room.  Tons of room for your kids to run around and for you to have private space.  The view?  Check out Northstar in the distance out your window without even getting out of bed!  Enjoy your private deck with views.  5 minutes to T-D heated lap pool, sauna, steam, and jacuzzis.  Our place has new beds and furnishings and you will always find is sparkling clean.  This is not your Grandmother's 40 year-old ski cabin!

CONVENIENCE! heat, water, and lights are already on, awaiting your arrival.  2-car tandem parking and private covered entry for flat.  We keep the driveway and entry way clear of snow.  We are local, right here if you have any issues, need advice, or just a cup of sugar! 

• Sleeps up to 6 in beds.  Can accommodate 8 with aerobed
• Master bedroom queen has en-suite bathroom
• Second bedroom area has 2 doubles, half wall off the bedroom hallway with bamboo shades for privacy
• Living room, kitchen, dining room, and 2nd bathroom can be closed off from bedroom hallway with privacy door
• No smoking,  No pets (both are strictly enforced)
• Bathrooms have showers only
• Flat has it’s own private entrance with sheltered stairwell
• Fully amenitized; tons of stuff included:  local phone, wi-fi, 43" digital tv with satellite & dvr, vcr, dvd, Xbox original, stereo system, outdoor dining area (summer)
• Kids love the outdoor play structure (summer and winter! and playing with our 2-year old golden doodle, Hobie

The flat comes fully amenitized with 43" digital tv and satellite with dvr, wi-fi, local phone service, stereo, xbox original, dvd, vcr dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer.  Comes with wonderful amenities including private recreation centers with 3 pools (1 outdoor heated in winter), gym, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, hiking and snowshoe trail systems, beach club marina at Donner lake(some with fees).  Guests may use our amenity cards to access all amenities--the guest fees are very reasonable.  There are also terrific kids programs available at all the amenities.  We have a great local baby sitter if you need one!  Our development has two restaurants plus food service at the pools and beach club.

Our development is full of amenities and activities, as listed above.  Additionally, we are within a 20 minute drive of Northstar, Squaw, Alpine, and Sugarbowl.  Just 10 minutes from Donner lake, and 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe.  Enjoy all the activities, or just enjoy the view from your beautiful Tahoe Flat!
