This home is set in a peaceful neighborhood. In the surrounding
area you will find a wide variety of activities and scenery.
Area attractions: Arrowhead Town Center (4 miles, shopping, movies,
dining) Lake Pleasant Regional Park (30 minutes, boating, fishing,
skiing, parasailing, hiking, camping). Wildlife World Zoo, Phoenix
Zoo (30 minutes, up close with exotic animals). Waterworld Safari
Water Park (7 miles). Salt river (1½ hours, tubing). Dozens of
golf courses, lakes, and parks.
Major Sports: Diamondbacks (30 minutes), Suns (30 Minutes) ,
Cardinals (45 minutes), Coyotes (20 minutes). Baseballs Cactus
league spring training is here in March. Peoria Stadium hosts the
Mariners and Padres (4 miles). Phoenix International Raceway is 30

$400 night  $2,200/week, $8,000/month: Dec. 15-May  

All March and Holiday weeks Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, Easter  minimum one week stay $2500 week

$350 night  $1,800/week, $6,400/month: June-Dec. 15

Minimum 3 night stay   Monthly rate is for 4 weeks/28 nights

Initial payment of $1000 due at reservation $500 goes tofees and is non-refundable at any time- damage deposit of $500 is refundable after inspection or with 90 day written notice of cancellation.

Cleaning fee: $225, non-refundable

Pet fee:  $100, non-refundable

Rental fee and cleaning fee due 90 days prior to arrival, 90 day cancellation notice required
