Vacation Rental Description

This unit is a one bedroom (Queen), one bathroom (full), first floor 
end unit, no steps. The community is Castle Del Mare Waterfront  
Condominiums located on the intercoastal waterway. This condo is  
fully furnished in Florida light pastels with a private glass- 
enclosed and screened lanai, central A/C and heat, cable TV, VCR,  
DVD, and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator,  
stove, microwave, d/w, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, dishes,  
silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and serving dishes. The bedroom  
and bathroom are complete with linens and towels. This unit is  
assigned a parking spot and guest spaces.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This community offers two heated swimming pools, tennis court,  
fishing pier, and clubhouse on property.  Washer and dryer is a  
community shared clean facility on property.  Minutes away from  
world-renowned beaches of Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key, and  
Casey Key.

Activities and Attractions

Sarasota is known for its cultural richness. St. Armand's Circle  
with its fine dining, shopping, art shows, and entertainment is  a  
15 minute drive.  Quaint Siesta Key village is just over the  
Stickney Point Bridge. Walt Disney World is an hour and a half drive. 
Marinas with boat rentals, fishing, and all water sports are close  
by.  This area offers a variety of fine dining, shopping, from  
specialized boutiques to the many malls and shopping centers.

Vacation Rental Rates

January through April, 2008  -  $2200./month   
May through September, 2007  -  $1500./month 
October through December, 2007 -$1800./month 
 
Please note, the above rates do not include the required Florida  
sales tax of 11%.  A one-time non-refundable $50. application fee is 
required per Condominium Assn. rules. 
 
This is an absolutely no smoking unit. 
No pets of any kind are allowed as per Condominium Assn. rules
