Luxurious 4BR, 4BA elegantly furnished and upgraded ocean view parade of homes winner located in the heart of Pleasure Island at Carolina Beach, NC, with a four or five minute walk to beach and public beach access.  This three-story home was beautifully designed and furnished with numerous extras to include granite countertops, gorgeous hardwood floors, detailed design and painting, and quality furniture.  The 2nd floor master bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, large bath, plentiful closet space, jacuzzi tub, and a private patio door and deck adjoining the bedroom.  The additional 2nd floor bedroom comes with a queen bed along with chest of drawers and dresser, private bath and closet.  The private 1st floor in-law quarters boasts a private patio adjoining the room, bath, exquisite floor tile and ample room for clothes and storage--perfect for grandparents or elders.  The third floor bedroom comes with twin beds, closet and bath directly next to the room.  The main living area on the third floor has a kitchen, dinning area, and living room with double patio doors leading out to the deck.

Spacious kitchen with large side-by-side freezer/fridge, two ovens, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware.  Dining table sits 4 with kitchen bar that sits 2.  TV in bedrooms with DVD player, stereo, full size washer and dryer, gas BBQ grill, large beach wagon for beach items, linens and towels, patio furniture, outside shower and wireless high-speed internet.

There's something for everyone with the endless activities in and around Carolina Beach, NC.  Pleasure Island is home to the Fort Fisher Sea Aquarium and Fort Fisher Civil War battle site, several fishing piers, two state recreation parks on the water, Ferry ride to beautiful historic Southport, NC, fine dining, and shops of all types.  Historic downtown Wilmington, NC on the Cape Fear River with its nightlife, sightseeing and restaurants is only a 20 minute drive away.  There is boating, biking, nature trails, fishing, surfing, 4WD beach access, deep sea charter fishing, boat tours, kayaking, numerous golf courses close by, and endless miles of beaches to relax on.

Peak-Season  Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend $1250/week or $200 per night with a five-night minimum stay.

Mid-Season First week after Labor Day until first week of November and the first week of April until Memorial Day weekend $1000/week or $175 per night with a three-night minimum.

Off-Season From the first week of November until the first week in April $900 per week or $150.00 night with a two-night minimum.

NOTE: A $125 cleaning fee and 12% tax is added to the rental.  All renters must be 25 years of age or older.  This is a family beach rental only for specified guests and large parties are not allowed.  

Check in for whole weeks is after 4:00 pm Saturday and check out is the following Saturday at 11:00 am.  A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required. Security Deposits will not be refunded on cancellations less than three weeks of arrival date.   This is a non-smoking rental.
