Memorial Day to Labor Day....$1,600/Month
Labor Day to Halloween.......$1,200/Month
Halloween to Memorial Day......$900/Month

• One Month Minimum booking
• Rates Inclusive of utilities and Satellite TV
• 25% Non-refundable Deposit required upon booking
• Balance of payment required upon arrival, as well as a 25% Refundable Security Deposit
